Q: What data acquisition and analysis capabilities does your testing software provide?
A: All Derui DR-J series furniture testers run on a PLC-based control system with a Windows PC interface that provides real-time data acquisition, visualization, and reporting. Key software capabilities include:
- Real-time force-displacement curves: Live plotting of load cell output and position data throughout each test cycle, with automatic peak/valley detection.
- Cycle counting with pass/fail logic: Set pass criteria (e.g., “seat deflection < 10 mm after 100,000 cycles”) and the system auto-stops and flags failures.
- Historical trend analysis: Overlay multiple test runs to compare material batches or design revisions — particularly useful for mattress manufacturers tracking foam density consistency across production lots.
- Automatic report generation: One-click export to PDF or Excel with full test parameters, curve data, statistical summaries, and pass/fail results. Reports include machine ID, operator, date/time, and calibration status for audit trails.
- Power-failure recovery: The DR-J503 and DR-J501 both feature automatic data saving on power loss. When power returns, you can resume the test from the exact interruption point without data loss.
- Multi-language interface: English, Chinese, and customizable language packs for your local operators.
For labs requiring integration with LIMS or ERP systems, our software supports CSV export and optional API/webhook data push for automated quality dashboard integration.
